I figured I should probably have one of these! So, for those characters that end up meeting Adam face to face—he has a Computer-Assisted Social Interaction Enhancer, aka CASIE. What this means? Let me copy a few sentences from the Deus Ex Wiki.

Provides its user with a direct monitor of behavior patterns and likely responses from conversational subjects. In real terms, this means the user can gain an insight into which conversational methods to employ in any situation. You can permanently ruin important conversations by saying the wrong thing, this aug gives you some inkling of what to pick. It can be upgraded with a pheromone emitting system that allows additional conversation options.

I'm going to simplify this for the sake of RP (in the videogame, some characters are also classfied as Alpha, Beta, or Omega personalities; then there's the persuasion meter...).

However, talking face to face with any character in a game environment (video too, though obviously he can't use pheromones there) would look like this to Adam if he were to activate his social enhancer:

CASIE SCREEN - It also means that the CASIE can pick up on involuntary physical reactions like pupil delation, heartrate, etc; making it easier for Adam to tell when your character is lying, for example. Other than that, the CASIE also analyzes voice volume, speech patterns, facial expressions, body language and environmental cues to gather data. Now, it's all up to you if you OOCly allow Adam to read your character better during conversations, so if you could fill out the following form, I'd really appreciate it!

Sure, but CASIE might give him some weird readings, as spoilers, Prestor is actually a dragon. I'm not sure if that qualifies as a supernatural being outside CASIE's influence, but it might throw the system off some.

Charming to a point, Lord Prestor seems to possess an almost supernatural hold over others, drawing them to his favor. Though his words are often tempting and full of promises, he is quick to write off those he deems beneath him. There is something distinctly unsettling about his presence that suggests he is hiding a terrible secret...

He can try, but it's not going to work. It's also going to immediately bust him since dragons are really sensitive to this sort of thing and get him on the universal shitlist, which is Bad News Bears. You'll probably want to run this by me first, because I really enjoy negative CR but it needs to be planned out.

Just as an extra note, Lord Prestor is obviously just a persona. Once he's been outed as Deathwing to the public, I'll update this post accordingly, but this is the relevant information as it stands now.

Can Adam use his social enhancer on your character: He's not human, and draconians don't rely near as much on facial cues for emotions as they do body language, but I'll say yes with that understanding and it possibly causing weird readings.

He can be harsh at times, and doesn't shy from killing if it needs done, and he can be very distrustful of humans at times and their intentions, especially males. He also is extremely loyal to anyone that he considers a friend or family.

(also: I'm going to say that the CASIE mod will allow Adam to detect the alterations in brain wave patterns that come from Minato changing active Personae. Kind of a flag that he's switching up tactics in conversation or in battle.)

The sensor will often go haywire on Adam when scanning Pidonus, since her mind isn't entirely human and doesn't react the same way on systematically-scannable levels.

Since the big party, Meliantha's head has been kind of... changed a bit. She had an incident there that shifted her entire mindset and she's reworking pretty much her entire theory of who she can be. Previously, due to experiences, she felt that she was about as unwanted as a great dane with bladder control issues, and now she's realizing that the prejudices back where she came from don't apply. It's an uncomfortable issue for her, changing 15 years of belief, so she's actually going to be pretty easy to manipulate.

Congratulations: this is about the only way she CAN be manipulated. Psychic changes are not allowed, but the pheromones are differently-working, so go forth and use them.

In true Silverberg fashion, Caesar honestly does try to remain reserved and unconcerned about things in general, it's just that it doesn't always work out for him that way (probably because omg teenagers). He suffers from an ego of the 'knows-it-all' variety and is often a sharp-tongued jerk about it, too. Otherwise, generally a good guy, even if he isn't an incredibly nice or polite one.

Maybe! Really depends on the context. If it's something he definitely wouldn't agree with, he's likely to notice.
